What requirements do you need to set up at an event? 
All we need is a 10ft x 20ft space, a level ground, and to be within 100ft of a power outlet. We can be inside or outside!

Do you travel? 
You bet! Our packages include travel up to 75 miles round trip from zip code 20105. Outside of this our travel fees are $1.50 per mile for the complete round trip distance. We also have fixed travel rates to some of our more popular location requests: Baltimore, MD - $200, Charlottesville, VA - $250, and Richmond, VA - $350.

What if we have an indoor venue space? 
We are more than happy to bring Marigold inside! You would need to clear this option with you venue to ensure that there is proper space for our bus to get through the doors and a location that we could set up. Our beauty is 15 ft long, 6 ft wide, and 6.5 ft tall (3000 lbs). We require a 20ft x 10ft space inside with an available outlet.

What if it rains? 
If bringing Marigold inside is not an option, she is still able to set up with light rain and drizzle. We provide a 10ft x 20ft tent set up covering the bus entrance in poor weather for the convenience of you and your guests. However, if there is heavy rain, or thundershowers than we would provide an open air photo booth inside your venue so that you can still experience the photo booth fun!

Can we personalize the bus for our event? 
Yes! Personalizing our bus can really take your event to the next level. For wedding couples we are happy to assist with adding your monogram or wedding logo to the side of Marigold and for our corporate clients we can include your custom branding on the side of our bus. We also are happy to work with you on any custom props or backgrounds in order to really make your event your own.

Is Marigold available for photo shoots? 
Absolutely! Marigold is a bit of a show off and loves being the center of attention! Our lovely VW bus is available for engagement photos, mini sessions, family portraits, styled shoots and commercial projects. We offer both hourly and day rates. Contact us for availability!

Can we see the bus prior to booking?  
We try to do several public events throughout the year and post our whereabouts on Facebook and Instagram in order for you to see the bus and get a chance to experience the fun first hand!

What are Idle Hours?
These are hours where the bus is fully set up but temporarily closed for photo booth fun. This is a popular add on during weddings or events when there is activity that is occurring where the audiences attention is needed (during  dinner, speeches, ceremony, etc). This way the actual booth hours aren’t wasted. For example during a wedding we may be set up for 1 hour for cocktail, 1 hour idle during dinner, than 3 hours during reception (4 hour package plus 1 idle hour).

Does Marigold still run?
She does! We do our best to keep Marigold in good running shape, however, she is nearly 50 years old and she does have her quirks! Because of this we tow Marigold to all of our events to limit the wear and tear on the bus and to ensure that we show up to your event on time and ready to go!

Is Marigold your only photo bus? 
So far....however, we have many ideas in the works! This may include an additional bus in the future or other unique and fun photo booth options. We also have several open air booths in the work that are like nothing you've seen before!
